Vinings Homes for Sale

I really like Vinings. It’s a great little enclave just outside of Buckhead, inside the perimeter. Since I live on the west side of Buckhead, we end up going shopping and eating in Vinings as much as Buckhead. Knowing that I’m a “stones throw” from Vinings, and the much lower Cobb County property taxes, leaves me feeling a little envious of this upscale community.

I’m not the only one who thinks Vinings is great, as a testament to the cache it enjoys, the boundaries seem to keep growing all the way to Chattanooga. Builders use the “Vinings” name more in Smyrna subdivisions than they do in Vinings. I’ve seen this perceived boundary growing phenomenon occur in Brookhaven as well.
