Incorporated in 2005, Sandy Springs is one of Georgia’s youngest cities. With 94,000 people, it became the seventh largest city in Georgia overnight.

Sandy Springs is located in the middle of Marietta, Roswell, Dunwoody and Atlanta. A lot of folks forget that some of the city is “inside the perimeter.” On it’s southern end, it touches Buckhead. Many folks, interested in Chastain Park homes, forget that some of the area is in Sandy Springs and not Buckhead. There are plenty of houses, in Sandy Springs, walking distance to Chastain Park.
