As stated in the Buckhead View, the Paces apartment site was sold for $39.3 million. It’s a huge tract of land (30 + acres), on East Andrews, stretching from West Paces to Roswell roads. It was sold by Sun Trust Bank and the John W. Grant Co. Trustees to a Houston developer. The Cherokee Town Club is the former Grant estate. I’ve heard this property has been on the block for a while.
