Buckhead Home Inventory Trend

The following is a spreadsheet that shows the home inventory trend for Buckhead. As I mentioned before, understanding the home absorption rate for the Buckhead real estate market can provide some objectivity.

No matter how you look at it, there is still a lot of inventory on the market. The silver lining seems to be that the trend has stabilized and there hasn’t been much inventory increase on a monthly basis.
