330 currently active, 123 sold in last 12 months

$3,000,000 and above – 9 years of inventory
90 currently active, 10 sold in last 12 months

Buckhead Condos and Townhomes
Under $500,000 – 1 year and 5 months of inventory
818 currently active, 579 sold in last 12 months

$500,000 – $1,000,000 – 4 years and 9 months of inventory
179 currently active, 38 sold in last 12 months

$1,000,000 and above – 8 years and 3 months of inventory
99 currently active, 12 sold in last 12 months

Sandy Springs Homes
$500,000 – $1,000,000 – 2 years and 2 months of inventory
96 currently active, 44 sold in last 12 months

$1,000,000 – $3,000,000 – 3 years and 3 months of inventory
29 currently active, 9 sold in last 12 months
