I just put up a Dunwoody real estate search page. I grew up, graduated high school and my parents still live in Dunwoody. I know the area quite well. Dunwoody is one of the first suburbs out from Atlanta, so you get the benefit of a short commute coupled with more space for your money.
There is a big disparity in the Dunwoody schools, which can have a huge reflection on property values. If the property price seems too good to be true, chances are it’s in a bad school district.
