How to compare Georgia schools

When you have children, one of the biggest factors in choosing the perfect home are the schools. Even if you do not have children, the schools are important as they will affect your property values. Many of my relocation clients with children get a little overwhelmed when choosing an Atlanta school. So I’m frequently asked what resources are available to compare Georgia schools.

Here are some websites that will help you compare the various schools and provide a list of Georgia school rankings: AJC Schools, Atlanta Magazine’s School Guide, greatschools.net and Atlanta Public Schools.

This is very true and something that buyers without children often overlook. If they’re buying a home for use as an investment property, knowing about nearby schools is essential.
